Reminders- enable any of our systems to maintain calendars of events for users and administrators. These can also be integrated with the business logic to facilitate workflow as external events such as receiving data via Web Fax occur. You can be advised of predetermined changes in your database.
Notes - Our notes module permit extra data to be attached to many different types of data collection forms. These can be used to keep historical chronology on client contact and previously discussed issues. Notes can also be applied to our data repository to provide a completely permissions based set of details for every revision of data.
Secure Internal Memos - Our memo system can be used for sending information to other users within a system. They all travel within the database and are subjected to our permissions systems. As a result, the memo system is a secure means of transmitting data between users.
Authentication - Our authentication systems use state of the art encryption for secure identification of users. Whether the problem is simply transmitting a password completely encrypted session based authentication, we have the ability to use pluggable modules to suit your needs.
Accounting System - Our accounting system provides a completely transactional model for maintaining accounting information as well as the ability to plug in reporting modules.
